I didn’t have a big bank balance but I did have a little folding
money and a one-of-a-kind business plan that I had been working on for years.
Ultimately this idea has earned my family thousands and thousands of
dollars. My wife and I set up
housekeeping in central Pennsylvania and I continued to pursue my Fortune 500
career while at the same time latched to my own business plan, waiting on the
right timing and opportunity.
My plan was a whole new avenue of opportunity within one of the
largest business segments in the United States and in fact the world. I’ve always had this uncontrollable itch for
business and I have always found the principles and methods to make other
people and their companies very wealthy.
What I discovered, in all reality, took me over twenty nine
years. As an enterprising young man I climbed
the corporate organizational charts and lived all across the United States
while enjoying the good life. Companies,
big and small and even giants sought out my talents, skills and energies and
were willing to pay me handsome salaries, bonuses, allowing me company cars and
first class travels and other opportunities including stocks, cash and I.P.O.
opportunities.
One of the corporate giants had some problems and they were
scouting around for an advanced executive manager to end their suffering in regards
to compliance, profits, customer services and revenue growth.
Their equipment was old, nothing functioned properly and their
human resources were causing huge wastes of time and money. Going home one night a thought suddenly came
to mind. Why not, I told myself, sell my
talents, energies, unique education, experiences and skills to multiple
organizations as a professional consultant?
Explaining my proposition carefully I had several clients that
paid real money for me to fix their process controls and improve their
people. My name started to make the
rounds within professional organizations and my very own consulting business
was politely ushered into the marketplace over ten years ago.
My clients started to see faint glimmerings of profits within 90
working days of them using my professional services. Ranging from 90 to 120 days of using my
unique systems and methods my clients started to see shining profits, not just
glimmerings.
My consulting idea was simple and different at the same time. I would provide a very unique service that
would teach owners how to operate their business. I would provide a service that would replace
their old ideas and throw out their worn-out business plans that would change
their business fortunes.
My experience offered dramatic proof what I was teaching worked
and it worked very well and it also worked within any company. Big and small organizations have all kinds of
active programs to improve sales, profits and operational compliance but
frequently every one of them missed the mark.
Many companies today hire scores of young men for their business that
have little experience or meaningful education.
They’re smart young men and women but truly have very little to offer
except low salaries and high energy levels.
I’ve spent a lot of time with these same young people and I
noticed that they all come with this ready-made, one-size-fits-all education
and ideas about business and most importantly do not understand capitalism and
the free enterprise system. They each
have some astronomically priced college degree but could not design, could not
plan, could not execute a simple process system.
They each shared something; they wanted to win really bad.
Most people think they can simply set up shop on
main-street-u.s.a. and hang up their open sign and start making money. A lot of people are eager and interested in
joining the family of business owners but their money and ideas fall short of
what the market demands to make money and create prosperity.
The NDITC New Deal Ink and Toner Company idea started while I was
employed directly by a fortune 500 company. This employer was massive and had
built revenues of over 28 billion dollars per year. There retail stores were sparkling as you
would expect but then came the 2008 great recession. Revenues plummeted and
thousands of people lost their jobs, seemingly instantly. Their business plan was constructed to fit
inside a growing economy of cheap money, cheap imported products, cheap foreign
labor and millions of customers with cash and credit cards in their
pockets.
The business was collapsing slowly into the new American recession
and thousands of people watched their profits falling, their gross sales
declined and increasing pressures from all segments of the business to reduce
expenses, get things done faster and cheaper and in many ways to simply survive
until things got better. As of this very
day things have not gotten better and the company has remained in business but
their fortunes have changed, their employees have moved down the road, their
entire business plan has been redesigned but, it’s still too late.
You have the opportunity as a small business man or business woman
to create a business from the ground up without all the traditional plans and
systems. You can create your own small
inkjet and toner printer cartridge business without all the trials of past
business owners and almost instantly prosper, almost from day one.
The majority of the things that you think you know about running
your own business no longer work too well in the new global market. What worked yesterday is old news and doesn’t
do the job. You need a new business
model and a new business plan and that’s the exact reason the NDITC company was
created.
